TelcoSec operates on a strict Zero-Telemetry, Privacy-by-Architecture model. We believe that defensive security tools must never introduce privacy liabilities. We do not collect, track, store, or transmit your personal data, device identifiers, IMSI numbers, GPS coordinates, or cellular usage patterns.

2. Repository & Web Portal Operations

When you browse this repository portal (fdroid.telcosec.net) or fetch applications through the F-Droid client:

Zero User Identifiers: We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party fingerprinting scripts.
Edge Delivery Logs: Transient network routing logs (IP addresses) are processed solely for network transport, DDoS mitigation, and rate-limiting. These logs are automatically discarded and never linked to identity profiles.

3. Application-Level Privacy Guarantees

All mobile utilities distributed through this repository (including TelcoSec Guard, TelcoSec SIM Vault, and TelcoSec RadioScan) adhere to strict constraints:

On-Device Local Processing: Baseband telemetry, SIM Toolkit commands, and RF signal metrics are analyzed 100% locally on your device's sandboxed environment.
No Phone-Home Callbacks: Applications contain zero analytics SDKs, zero crash-reporting trackers (no Firebase Crashlytics, no Google Analytics), and make no unauthorized outbound transmissions.
Minimal Permission Architecture: Applications only request Android permissions strictly required for hardware baseband or telephony inspection.

4. Cryptographic Integrity & Security Auditing

All binaries distributed through this repository are cryptographically signed with our official 4096-bit RSA keys and built in secure, audited compilation environments to ensure zero malware, zero tracking, and carrier-grade integrity.
