1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing fdroid.telcosec.net, downloading software packages, or adding this repository to your mobile package manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Proprietary Licensing & Enterprise Use

The applications, custom ROMs, and telemetry utilities distributed through this repository are proprietary software developed by TelcoSec Mobile Research Lab. Authorized red teams, security researchers, and enterprise clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software strictly for internal security evaluation, RF auditing, and cellular intrusion detection.

3. Acceptable Use of Security Diagnostics

TelcoSec applications provide diagnostic, intrusion detection, and cryptographic analysis tools for telecommunications defense. You agree that:

You will only use diagnostic tools on devices, SIM cards, and networks that you own or have explicit authorization to inspect.
You will not use TelcoSec software for unauthorized surveillance, cellular network disruption, or illegal interception.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

All software and repository feeds are provided "AS IS", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TelcoSec does not guarantee that cellular threat detection will identify 100% of advanced state-sponsored intrusions or rogue cellular infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TelcoSec or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software or repository.
